Have you ever been in this situation?
You activate a given tool but, instead, you see the white-gloved cursor indicating that you have activated the Hand tool. Don't fret and don't blame Elements!!! Just check the space bar on your keyboard; make sure it is not stuck. Pressing and holding down the space bar will activate the Hand tool; releasing it will enable Elements to switch back to whichever tool you were previously using.
