Billie Jean -
You can't save as "Sol:\In the lane" because your file path is configured improperly. Windows thinks "Sol" is the name of a drive and it can't find it. As for the OP, the file path may or may not have to do with anything, but it was certainly included in his error message.

Billie Jean. Beg to differ. It's hard to tell what you're showing there. But this is an example of a file path from the Microsoft site:
C:\Documents\Newsletters\Summer2018.pdf

Buckskin -
Probably a stupid question, but you DO have an A drive, yes? I ask because that was usually the designation for a floppy drive, most of which have gone the way of the dodo bird.

Ritage -
That is not correct. A colon is the proper delimiter after a drive name, and backslashes are the proper separators between directories. It must be something else.

It would help if you were a bit more specific about the exact steps you are taking when one of these tools doesn't work for you.

I must say I couldn't get Sepiana's method to work either.

Hexeta-
Don't despair.
1. Open a new document large enough to hold both parts of the email. 2. Open the top and bottom part images. 3. Drag them into the proper position using the move tool. 4. Crop as needed.

Hi tn - I don't have an answer for you, but the author of Elements+ is a member here and stops by often. Hopefully he'll see your question and provide and answer. And welcome to our forms!

Yes, but you pointed out the four-line pull-down, which is a little obscured in my screen shot.

I see Sepiana and I posted the same idea at the same time. Great minds, and all that. ..

Pwahl-
You can't "break a tool." My first thought would be to try to reset it.

Looks much like Panos' Cartoon action. Except his is quite a bit cheaper.
