I just upgraded from PSE 13 to 14, my wonderful wife gets me a new version each year for Christmas! 
The problem is with the ver14 editor. When I move the cursor among the different menu headings on top, or when the menu heading opens up to submenus, the cursor lags terribly, so much so that the cursor seems to jump around and it difficult to select an item...for example, I move the cursor from "file" to "filter", it lags/jumps...then when I finaly land on "filter" and try to select "stylize", it hangs up on "filter", then jumps past my selection...after a few tries, going really slow, it will land where I want it to. Something in editor seems to be cause a huge lag when moving my mouse. FYI, the 14 organizer cursor/menu selection works fine and I still have 13 installed and both the organizer and editor work fine. FYI, I've upgraded to the latest release.
Please help, this really disrupts my work flow.
