aha! I was having the same problem and just now realized from Helen's wording that I had clicked on the Comment box at the top right and thought nothing had happened........when it fact, a tiny little comment box opened right under the image I was trying to comment on. Maybe that happened to you too Dick?

I clicked on the grey comment box at the top right and nothing happened. Then I saw a comment box under the image (which I do not recall seeing before) and clicked on it and it just put my name under the image with no comment. How do I remove my no-comment from the image? ..........it could be I'm having a senior moment here...................

Charlotte, welcome! I have PE13 and this is the location of my brushes. Program Files/Adobe/photoshop elements 13/presets/brushes ........... .abr files. If your brushes are not there, you can always do a search under Search this PC for *.abr files and then copy them over to the aforementioned directory. You may also need to reload them into PSE. I have had this happen before so I now keep a copy of my .abr files in a separate folder and copy them to a separate removable hard drive where I backup all my files (....ahaha being a bit paranoid about losing them.....) .p.s....sorry Sepiana........I must have posted just behind you and did not see you had answered

I tried just now to post a comment under CraftySnapper's wonderful little girl and clicked on the "Comment" button but nothing happened. I went to the bottom and clicked on comment and it added my name to the latest image posted (the wonderful butterfly).
....so how can I comment on a specific image in someone's gallery rather than the latest image?

...so.....I was trying to capture the dragonfly who was laying its eggs on the plants you see.....when I caught sight of the little duckling who was maybe a week old off to my left. I moved my camera to it and all of a sudden it skittered across the water. I held my finger down not knowing what I would capture!!! ...as the little guy swam off, I turned back to take some more images of the dragonfly and GUESS WHAT!!!! ......THE DUCKLING HAD SNATCHED UP MY SUBJECT!!!! ....have to say this episode of Mother Nature's series really upset me......... duckling and dragonfly 01 by Pat Sanders, on Flickr

I am trying to submit a photo to Image of the Week, but there is no place that I can see to add my photo. i.e. there is no reply area at the bottom and there is no 'new thread' at the top. Is the IOW thread locked?

When I click on the Latest Gallery Posts at the top of this site, I am taken to the latest gallery posts, which is very cool ;however, when I click on some of the thumbnails (i.e. Foggy Morning Fisherman, by Sargenta .....and some by Storkington) I am not taken to the site where these photos reside so I can see the larger image. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for including my "ducks" Ron - actually they are goslings......and their mom was hissing violently at me as I took their picture.
There were many fine submissions to the gallery this week so congrats to all!

Hey Chris, thanks for posting this. I've been looking all over for the old Elements Village link to making these tutorials. There was also another tutorial on line involving (I think) a black and red gradient, but for the life of me I can't find it. I'm finding these gradients can add really interesting effects to making textured backgrounds.
