My favourite colour is also green. It is the colour most restful to the eyes, the colour of nature. I took this picture at the start of a walk yesterday. Who could resist the temptation to explore this green-lined entrance to Bushy Park? Brenda

I took a shot of the common Dandelion to illustrate my favourite colour. It is too often overlooked as a humble weed - but I like it!

Spotted this bus this morning, sporting the perfect number. Also, I had to take this picture for the destination - my favourite Football Team, to which I have been addicted since childhood! Dennis

I came across this antique garden feature while walking this morning in Morden Hall Park, south London. Three arches make an attractive bridge, though it is far too old to bear anybody's weight.

Strolling in the park this morning, I spotted this trio of ducks and thought they were ideal to start the ball rolling with this week's theme. Dennis

Found this S-curve while out on a morning walk along our local river. Dennis

The National Trust provides welcome seating for its sandwich-eating visitors and The British Library offers a highly appropriate place to sit and read. Brenda

The Queen's Beasts - heraldic topiary figures that I saw yesterday at Hall Place in Bexley - seem to fit this week's "green" theme. Brenda

Visibility-wise, this has to be an example of Minimalism. Atmospheric as the scene was, we all felt cheated - the views after a long climb should have been magnificent! Brenda

M for "Mirror image" of these trees in the water. I had been searching all day and had almost given up hope! The best I could do, I'm afraid!

So high is the quality of this week's contributions, I feel almost embarrassed to be adding my attempt at the theme.
My "M" is for Money - something that interests us all!

The same bridge in our local park - it is called, rather grandly, the Leoni Bridge - viewed from two different sides.

This church tower - is it a spire, is it a steeple? It has to be Between the two.

The sun appeared briefly while I was waiting for my train to arrive, so I managed to bag a "selfie" shadow.
