Flora,
I'm afraid, re-editing Channel Mixer and other "undocumented" adjustment layers isn't possible.
As a workaround I'd suggest saving your settings to a (temporary) preset. Must be a little bit faster than your screenshot based method.

As we know, "Enhance > Convert to Black and White" is the default BW conversion command in PSE. It includes 6 handy presets that can be fine-tuned as needed. Actually, the tool is quite good. However, there are two important restrictions: 1. We can't apply this correction as adjustment layer. 2. We can't save custom BW presets. If you have achieved a great BW effect of your own, inability to reuse it may be pretty annoying. The funny fact is that, under the hood, this tool is just a skin for old good "Channel Mixer". So, with a little help of Elements+, all the restrictions can be bypassed as follows: 1. Go to "Enhance > Convert to Black and White", choose a preset and adjust the settings as needed. For example, on the screenshot below, I start with "Infrared Effect" and modify it. 2. If you don't use Shortcuts+ run this script now. 3. Press [Alt+Shift+Ctrl+M] keyboard keys (on a Mac: [Alt+Shift+Cmd+M]). This opens "Channel Mixer" dialog with the last used settings. By a strange coincidence, these settings exactly reproduce the result of using "Convert to Black and White" tool. (in our example, the customized "Infrared" effect) Click "gear" button and save a new preset (screenshot). For example, under the name "My Infrared". 4. Now, to reuse the BW effect, just run E+ Channel Mixer command and load the saved preset (screenshot). As result, we have the same BW conversion applied as an adjustment layer.

Hi all,
I think I must clarify on Elements+ update policy.
Firstly, Elements+ for each version of PSE is sold as a separate product.
For example, "Elements+ for PSE 10", "Elements+ for PSE 14", etc.
Once a new version of Elements+ is released, I offer free downloads to all the registered users.
For example, right now the existing users of "Elements+ for PSE 12" get v.8 of "Elements+ for PSE 12" with quite a few new features.
In the meantime, free upgrading between products isn't possible.
The only way to upgrade, say, from "Elements+ for PSE 12" to "Elements+ for PSE 14" is to purchase E+14 for the full price.
If you don't want to buy E+14, "Elements+ for PSE 12" may be used with PSE 14 as follows:
- Load E+12 actions into PSE 14 Actions panel
- Or start PSE 14 and use E+12 Tray Menu
In this case, most essential E+ features (Color, Layers, Selections, etc.) should work.
"Version-dependent" tools (such as Goodies, Styles, Shortcuts+, and some more) shouldn't.
I'm sorry if someone is irritated or disappointed.
But it's just the way E+ survives long term.

Hi Everybody! I'm Andrei Doubrovski, the developer of Elements+ And this is my first post on PSE&M, btw Elements+ has a dedicated focus stacking script: www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgoUF1DA_T4So, using the "File Piler" isn't necessary.
